Oh What A Beautiful Morning...

Arrival time this morning: 3:30 am
Time the sun came up: Around 5ish
Time I went to bed: 6:00 am (Elise, who has been here for two months was SO excited to see us, and we spent hours discussing very important things such as the state of the world and The Office).
Time I slept until: 10:30 (In a very coma like state)
What am I up to now? Brunch with the K'stan team, getting a little bleary, but oh so happy to arrive here! We all tucked in, waffles, fruit, the works, and the male half of the team is working it off wrestling across the living room while the women are shouting encouragement with our legs tucked underneath in a manner that will not be a disgrace. I'm going to have to do some more yoga in order to be able to sit in this manner for a long time.
The flight from Turkey to Kurdistan was short, around two and a half hours, and pretty uneventful. I have to admit the I was nervous approaching the customs, what if after all this time they found some reason to turn me away? It went well though, and I received my free 10-day visa. I have to go back with a lawyer in order to receive a longer visa, and that will be within the next ten days.
Nap time, and then tonight we shall venture out on the town!
